Scheme documentation

We provide user-friendly documentation in plain English for our clients, saving on the time and costs of engaging a communications consultant or solicitor to design and draft the documents and check the wording. 
 
Our service includes:

  • Drafting your pension scheme documentation - including the 'A Guide for Members' booklet - and amending it from time to time to reflect changes to the Scheme and to the law.

  • Maintaining the Trust Deed and Rules, making sure it is kept up-to-date.

  • Drafting, reviewing and maintaining the Statement of Investment Principles for the fund.

  • Drafting and issuing general announcements about the Scheme.

  • Designing, drafting and issuing benefit statements.
