Details of our actuarial service

Our actuarial service includes the following as standard:

• Delivery and preparation of triennial (three-yearly) actuarial valuation, including:
  
  - Liaison with the Actuary regarding actuarial assumptions
  - All stages from collation and reconciliation of data to delivery of valuation results
  - Delivery of Statement of Funding Principles, PPF valuation and Recovery   Plan

• Discussion with actuaries on funding issues

• Preparation of Schedule of Contributions and actuarial certification  

• The provision of general factors used for day-to-day calculations, such as early retirement, cash commutation and transfer value calculations 

Other services are available, such as FRS17 reports for the employer's accounting purposes and debt on withdrawal calculations. These services are charged for separately.
