The Pensions Trust manages the pension schemes for various not-for-profit organisations around the UK. It wanted to streamline its query resolution system and, unable to find an off-the-shelf solution, decided to build its own. The new Case Management System can handle 10,000 interactions a month and meets the target of reconcilling all queries within 10 days in 90% of cases.
