Philip Bradish - Head of Pensions Operations

Phil Bradish joined The Pensions Trust as Sales Manager in 2005, and was promoted to Head of Pensions Operations in July 2006.
Previously, Phil worked for Pension & Benefit Services Limited where he spent the last three years as a Senior Pensions Consultant. During this time Phil managed various in-house Teams and also acted as a Client Relationship Manager and Secretary to the Trustees for 12 pension schemes. Phil was also involved in business development. |
Prior to this Phil worked for Northern Foods plc as an Assistant Pensions Manager (nine years) and for General Accident as an Actuarial Officer for 15 years in a variety of pensions management, actuarial and development roles.
Phil’s Team maintains the integrity and accuracy of the Trust’s data and provides all aspects of scheme administration including: data gathering; collection of contributions; benefit calculations; communicating directly with members regarding their benefits and employers on scheme level issues. The Team also completes all bulk processes, such as the production of annual benefit statements, application of pension increases and the compilation of valuation data.
In addition to this Phil's Team is also responsible for the development and maintenance of all software applications including the core administration system as well as in-house developments, such as workflow and the introduction of the Trust's eBusiness technology.
