Karen Parry - Head of Policy and Compliance

Karen Parry joined The Pensions Trust in May 2000 as a Client Manager, and moved to the position of Product Development Manager in 2002, with responsibility for The Pensions Trust’s Final Salary schemes. Karen became Head of Policy and Compliance in February 2005.

Prior to joining The Pensions Trust, Karen worked in the administration department of Pension & Benefit Services Limited.

Karen is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute.

Karen is primarily responsible for ensuring the uniformity of the Trust’s identity, integrity and
compliance with the Trust Deed and Rules, internal procedures and statutory regulations. Karen is also responsible for compliance audits, dealing with regulatory authorities, formal compliants and disputes. Karen also monitors changes in legislation, Government policy and guidance issued by the Pensions Regulator and develops policy for the Trust.
