Andrew Walsh - Head of Resources

Andrew joined The Pensions Trust in 1999 as Head of Human Resources.
Facilities management was included in his remit from 2001 and IT Infrastructure from 2006. |
Andrew’s career began in local government personnel management. He later became Airport
Personnel Manager at Leeds Bradford Airport, where he assumed responsibility for health and safety matters. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and holds a Nebosh Health and Safety Certificate.
Andrew is primarily responsible for a range of support functions for the Trust. This includes all
aspects of people recruiting, retention and development, buildings and facilities management, health and safety, business continuity, IT infrastructure/systems and the PR & Communications strategy. He also acts a coordinator for the business values process and customer feedback.
