Welcome to the Board of Directors.The Pensions Trust is governed by a Trustee Company called 'Verity Trustees Limited'. There are sixteen Directors of the Company (all non-executive) – eightelected by members and eight elected by employers.Two Directors from each constituency must retire each year – thus effectively the normal period of service is usually four years.
