Welcome to Latest Committee/Pensions News. In this section of the website you will be able to access important information regarding the Pensions Industry & the Scottish Housing Associations' Pension Scheme (SHAPS) Committee.

Nominations were sought from the participating employers and members of the Scottish Housing Associations' Pension Scheme earlier this year. One nomination was received for an Employer Representative position and two were received for the Member Representative position, which resulted in an election being carried out for this post during May this year.

We are please to confirm that with effect from 1 October 2010 Duncan McNaught, West of Scotland Housing Association will hold the Employer Representative position and Christine Murphy, Elderpark Housing Association will continue as the Member Representative.
