During retirement it is very important that you keep us informed of any changes to your personal details, including your address and bank details.
Queries relating to the payment of your pension, along with changes of address or bank details should be sent to the Final Salary Team:

Change of Address
If you are moving house it is important that you inform us of your new address as soon as possible. You can do this by telephone, email or post. Please remember to quote your Payroll Number in all correspondence.
Change of bank details
If you want to change the account that your pension is paid into, you will need to inform us of your new account details in writing. We can pay your pension into any bank or building society account (including foreign accounts) but we are unable to make pension payments by cheque or in cash. Please note that the account MUST be in your name and the request MUST be signed by you. The details we require are:
