I Am Getting Divorced

If your divorce proceedings started on or after
1 December 2000 the courts may order that your pension rights must be shared with your ex-spouse. A pension sharing order or agreement is issued by the court and will describe the pension share in terms of a percentage of the cash equivalent transfer value of your benefits calculated on the valuation day.
