The SFHA Pensions Committee and The Pensions Trust

The SFHA Pensions Committee is established under the Trust Deed as a sub-committee of the Board of Trustees of The Pensions Trust. 

The Board of Trustees delegates all policy matters concerning the Scheme except investment to the Pensions Committee. The Pensions Committee operates according to its own Terms of Reference.

The Pensions Committee's responsibilities include valuations and scheme policy; setting contribution rates; discretionary pension increases; appeals and admissions or removals of a participating employers.
 
The Pensions Committee regularly reviews the services provided by The Pensions Trust.
